Tim is Head of Client Portfolio Management where he oversees all business development and client relations activities. Additionally, he is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Kingwest, Mr. Regan was a co-founder of Northwest Mutual Funds which was successfully sold to the Desjardins Group. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
