Richard is Chief Investment Officer and chairs the Investment Committee. As the founding partner at Kingwest, Richard has over 40 years of investment experience. Mr. Fogler is a director on the Sinai Health Foundation board. He has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania, and earned a diploma from the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, University de Paris, France.
